Can I come and Visit during the week?
We would love to see you, and you are welcome to come out any day of the week. We understand that you may need to come by before 10 am, and feel free to do so. There is always someone puttering around, we just aim for 10 o'oclock to be official.

What do you mean... naturally?
We make every effort to use sustainable growing practices. This means we try to time our plant growth with what is actually going on around us. This helps keep fuel costs down and shrinks our carbon foot print. We buy our soil in bulk, so we don't have a gazillion plastic bags to open. We sprench (spray and drench) our plants with compost tea and fish emulsylate to help develop a healthy environment for beneficial microorganisms which then helps prevent disease. This also helps keep our ground water clean. And so far, our kitty and a few barn cats have been helping to keep critters under control.

Why don't you mail order?
Perhaps we will someday, but right now, we would like to keep it local.
